Nearly got knocked into today by this Liberty Gas van - VRN ML64 LJZ - A470 Northbound Abercynon Roundabout at approx 1430hrs on 29/04/19. As I moved left to avoid I sounded the horn making the driver of the other vehicle straighten up a little. Unfortunately recorded with no sound.
