we beeped once. We never passed once. We only asked you to go round thebime which i still believe itt was safe until he did speed up. Imnot sure why you got to viscious with us. You almost went into road rage syndrome. Any way sorry for beeping. I didn't realise we were in thewrong to ask you to pass a bike which again was going less than ten mile an hour on our speedometer

When I am on a bike and going slower (around <10 mph) I have absolutely no problem with anyone over-taking me as long as they give me room and don't run into oncoming traffic. Lots of times I am over-taken far too closely. Several times I have been almost sandwiched into railings or car doors and it was only by miracle that I wasn't injured or killed. I think the cam driver did an excellent job here and that the beeper was totally in the wrong. Look how fast that oncoming car approaches having appeared almost from nowhere in the dip. The cyclist was also riding secondary, which some might say is not the best position here if one wants to deter bad driving. The road system was originally designed only for horses and carts and situations like this are a consequence.

a lot of drivers sit behind slow pedal cycles when there is a solid line thinking they can't overtake when they can but in this video it wasn't safe and car behind was wrong to beep

You said it wasn't you driving and then went on to explain the situation in detail so I take it you were the driver after all. These lies don't do much for your credibility. At the very least you're guilty of sounding your horn when it wasn't necessary so you could be prosecuted for that. Maybe tailgating too if that's what you were doing. You could also be prosecuted for careless or inconsiderate driving. Think about that next time. I doubt the uploader of the video wants to take things further but be careful because next time you act in this way you could get a fine and penalty points on your licence or even a ban. Is it really worth it?

It was the wrong area and number plate. Or was it not?
Anyway. I'll leave you pathetic people to get on with your hobbie as i have better things to do.
Again sorry for the beep. I never broke any laws nor did i do anything wrong.

How is over-taking up an incline a safe thing to do especially with such poor visibility?

Nice one Ron, you're a funny man unlike the foul mouthed C driving the car.

After the brow there is also a turning, on the opposite side. The tooting tit needs to re-take a driving test before they kill someone through their own arrogant negligence..

Correct, but in this case, the cyclist is definitely going in excess of 10mph.

The van driver was impatient, no doubt about that. I'm not sure of the speeds involved here but I just wanted to point out that you can legally cross solid white lines to overtake slow moving cyclists.

Highway Code Rule 129
Double white lines where the line nearest you is solid. This means you MUST NOT cross or straddle it unless it is safe and you need to enter adjoining premises or a side road. You may cross the line if necessary, provided the road is clear, to pass a stationary vehicle, or overtake a pedal cycle, horse or road maintenance vehicle, if they are travelling at 10 mph (16 km/h) or less.
