You approached on the apex. You appeared to wave them on. They were going slow, and they did stop even though they were sticking out. Their actions did not look intentional to me. I wouldn't have posted the because I think it's a minor inconvenience. I also ride bikes and am aware of just how dangerous it can be, but this.. just let it go?
