The driver of this car is clearly one of those delusional people who think they can go around doing whatever they want. Hope his arrest has taught him a lesson.

He drives a Land Rover Discovery I expect nothing less from him
Unfortunately he'll get a caution and think it's OK to do it again and the second time caught he'll get a section 59 or similar. Then on the 4th, 5th 6th instance he'll be taken to court, warned about his behaviour where he'll plead some sort of family/mental/depression issue and the courts will fine him £30 each time and let him continue to drive. Maybe on the 7th court appearance he'll get a 6month ban and so on...
Nothing about the innocent victims who have to suffer daily with reckless driving standards and potential threatening behaviour/assault by Land Rover (insert BMW/AUDI) drivers.
