The cyclist could have pulled into the large gap to the left of the road visible at the start of the video and let the car past (the gap between the parked silver car and the red smart car, costing the cyclist zero time or effort), but he doesn't do so and forces the car to have to remain behind him for another couple of hundred metres. And then the cyclist slams his brakes on to confront the driver when the car beeps! Very cavalier riding by the cyclist which provoked the car driver, who has then had red-mist and violently overreacted.

I just wonder how this works because I have seen such cars with no car tax and yet the online search suggests a lot of them still come up as having insurance. Cycling in the middle of the road is dangerous? You need to move into the other lane to overtake cyclists safely anyway, so where they are in your lane is irrelevant. The purpose of it is to discourage people attempting to overtake closer than is safe, and in quite a few cases to avoid obstructions by the side of the road

He is a better comedian than his brother (not hard). Also, the horrible woman's car is not taxed! Bang her up!!!! BTW - Vine has a cycling speeding ticket from 2014! Radar gunned at 16mph in a 5mph road :-) It just gets funnier and funnier. I feel they deserve each other.

If she wasn't trying to tail-gate him she might have been able to stop in a more professional, adult manner. Some other drivers no doubt are aware of the menace of the ignorant tail-gater and they too, will take the appropriate measure including braking. I think you are perhaps jealous and bitter, and clutching at straws..
