Why was the brake check wrong? It's standard practice with tail-gaters: reduce speed to increase distance. Saying what do you expect is just victim blaming. The prick shouldn't have been tail-gating in the first instance. Deserves a kick up the arse big time..

IMHO they deserve more than just having their licence rescinded
Yes the brake check by dashcam driver was wrong but this other excuse for a human being will kill someone if they aren't stopped immediately.

Audi flashed, yes he was close but hey who isnt when the guy in front is going that slow that the footage had to be sped up in order for him to get past the lorry. Lol.
Dashcammer should have pulled in let audi go. And proceeded at snail pace. But do gooder dashcammer thought he would police the roads. Turned out to be a wimp in the end.
