Happened Sunday evening on pub car park near Jubilee Park, Tipton West Midlands. Thankfully the owner has been informed.
THIS is what happens when you have a nearby police station walled off to the public; when police are reluctant to patrol or respond - and this is just the tip of the ice-berg in places like this. You've got more chance of being arrested for offending snowflakes than you have for committing actual, serious crimes..
