Churchtown to Poulton-le-Fylde
Problematic driver wanting to obstruct and hold up traffic. Very slow generally taking bends too slow and doing about 35 in a 50 zone with a tailback. Decided to do 60 at Great Eccleston to stop tailbacks overtaking than slows down again up to Windy Harbour. Upon approaching green lights at Windy Harbour the right lane was free and there was no chance for him to accelerate with a vehicle in front of him so what does he do? He moves into the fast lane not to overtake but to obstruct and then moved back across as the two lanes merged. This was definitive proof he has a complex about other motorists passing him since why would he have moved over when he couldn’t obstruct by speeding?
