Following on from Sarah's comment I am her husband and I was in the car at the time... I don't understand how idiots like this end up on the road... Well he was half on and half off the road with his driving. Most roundabouts there was nearly a collisions. Police have been informed this afternoon and they said they will carry out regular checks when spotted.
