The owner of the business is a pratt yes , as he can clearly do manual labour and abuses the badge as he clearly doesn't need to park in a disabled bay buy chooses to as he has a badge but doesn't display it

Good luck to you, fella. And well done you. I have accessibility needs too... I don’t have a blue badge and I can get by parking in normal spaces. But the looks I get when using the accessible toilets... anyway... like you said, not all disabilities or needs are visible.
