Cant wait in the traffic like everyone else, has to overtake all the others in lanes 1,2 and 3 then blocks lane 3 to get into lane 2. MX15DXR Systematic Contract Services. 845 368 7000. He wasn't going to get far as reports were showing 90 minute delays.
