What is your problem? This car is a hybrid, they have every right to park there and plug it in. Might also explain why it is plugged in at the back and not at the side where a fuel filler cap would be located. Don’t just make an assumption that it isn’t a hybrid, go and do some research before you criticise someone you busybody. So really, we should be saying ‘oh dear’ to you haha.
