This driver has just terrorised me driving down Bolton Road, Aspull, Wigan driving inches from my bumper. I was driving 30 miles per hour (speed limit) and was unable to travel faster as the car is fitted with a black box. He even beeped at me to get out of the way. Police have been informed.
