went on school trip with holy family and this was our driver. he was about an hour late and missed 6 turnings on the way to thorpe park, so we were so late we only got to go on 1 ride due to the ques because we were late. on the way back he decided to go through central london on the way back and we were 2 hours late from out eta, and not to mention the 5 red lights he went over and the 1 person he almost ran over. this man should not be able to be on the road. he is a risk to children's lives any any one who uses the coach!! take him off our roads!!
