There's a lot of negative comments about the driver of this vehicle but nobody has actually provided any video footage or photographs. So could somebody explain to me what has happened? Thank you.
Agreed. If the driver had just apologised for their driving instead of trying to get this webpage removed then it's unlikely they would be the number 1 worst driver 3 months running.
-The driver of N4EJD has tried to ram vehicles off the road, overtake on blind bends heading into traffic and generally drive like a lunatic around the Dumfries area according to several different people on here, facebook, 4chan and reddit.
- The driver then pretended to be a solicitor and get this webpage removed.
- The driver then threatened to shut down this website and has posted sickening illegal images firstly on this webpage and then on several others across this site on a number of occasions. This webpage has temporarily been taken down a few times following said images being posted and a lot of the comments / pictures have been lost when this page has been restored.
Sorry to be pedantic but you need to visualise a blue land rover hurtling towards you on your side of the road if you wish to be slightly more accurate.
I now the owner of this registrations, I won eBay auction last week, annoyed as google search shows this site...I would like to say that I have nothing to do with this and I will be transferring to own car soon, so anything prior to this date is previous owner.
I sense the owner of this vehicle is a single male with no children that is likely on a register given the amount of sick porn they are posting all over this website in order to take it down.
Definitely a sick paedo, also lacking in driving ability and morality.
Not to worry. I've got the wheels turning in finding the prick and will make sure they're even less able to drive when I do. Let's just say they'll be wishing they'd driven with more care, apologised for their bad driving and were actually as tough in real life as their fake internet persona pretends.
Does the owner of this vehicle seriously think that by repeatedly posting sick porn images from their library that they can bring down this website thus removing the feedback on their driving from the internet?
This sea bass almost ran into the back of me! Then proceeded to overtake when it was (barely) clear in a 30mph zone. Shot off like a stabbed rat. Underage boyfriend (or son?) in passenger seat was laughing like a hyena for some reason.
Incorrect Graham. There's nothing worse than morons like you who think it's ok to speed, especially in the lower speed limit areas. Get a grip on reality you prick. I really hope a driver as ignorant as you causes you damages due to the same level of ignorance you have. Maybe then you'll learn why you're wrong, though judging from your stupidity I doubt you're capable of learning. You complete idiot.
Please take the time to read all of this message and think before you post any further grotesque images.
We all understand you are upset about multiple motorists reporting your driving on this website however instead of posting illegal images why don't you respond with an explanation for your driving?
You will have noticed that this website has a lot of different advertisers and therefore by posting pornographic images and closing it down you are costing the owner of this website a significant amount of money. Furthermore advertisers may choose to take their business elsewhere and there is the chance that any member of this website could lose their job / clients if the images that you post were to be found in their internet history.
The risk with your approach is that you could be sued for a significant amount of money as it wouldn't be difficult to trace who you are.
Isn't it an offence to post such images to a public website?
If I were N4EJD then I would be expecting a knock at the door from the police or at the very least a civil lawsuit from the owners of this website for posting malicious images in order to take it down.
Registration numbers are NOT PII. The number is not assigned to one individual, it's assigned to a vehicle. The registered keeper of the vehicle can only be found with privileged access (Police, insurers etc) so doesn't count as PII.
There is no evidence that the poster of the images is the driver.
Sadly the site is in breach of GDPR as collecting number plates is considered PII - and therefore illegal - together with collecting IP addresses, and not providing the EU required cookie banner, a cookie which is used to track visits - among other things.
There's been no breach of GDPR however the driver has admitted trying to bring this website down. If that were to happen then the owner of the website could sue the driver for the loss of advertising income.
I fully expect the website owner to contact the DVLA to obtain the driver details.
No more of an offense than to break GDPR regulations - would depend on what's the lesser of two evils. The site owner for collecting PII, or an unknown (not confirmed to be the driver) posting images.
Images that are all in the public domain anyway, as evident from reverse google image search.
Moderators: the driver is obviously posting vile and disturbing images so this webpage is removed after failing to have it removed by pretending to be a solicitor.
Would it be possible to remove the images and ban the drivers IP from this website?
To the idiot posting, who is clearly the driver and is angry at being shown as the moronic, uneducated goon that they are.
The GDPR does not apply here as the exposing of your incompetence behind the wheel is both a matter of public interest, in that the general public require warning of your idiocy, and could be used in legal claims against you should an RTC be caused due to your ignorant, selfish, dangerous driving.
In the event that the recording of strangers was illegal there would be no dash cams, among other things, you pathetic loser.
Please ignore "solicitors" comment. They are not solicitors. Have you ever heard of a solicitor posting threats on a public forum? Of course not. Whoever these pricks are did an Internet search and decided to try to sound tough. They're even stupid enough to believe the actual owners of this site read the comments! DICKHEADS.
Public places are also GDPR governed, it's where the information ends up and what it's associated with that's the issue.
To post a picture of a car online is one thing, but to post up the time, date and the picture of the car is something entirely different - and to post up a picture of the driver with the car and registration number - that's a big no.
I agree there Bob - I suspect that the owner of the car has taken legal advice, and has posted this here to try to get it sorted before the legal route.
From my understanding (working in IT), collection of this level of information is a breach, and if warned and nothing done then fines can be heavy.
I woudn't be so sure - this site is definitely in breach of GDPR guidelines - no cookie warning for example, and linking pictures of drives to their license plate etc.
Hopefully the owners will correct this as would have to see this site disappear, which scarily is a possibility....
The DVLA is exempt as it's their primal focus - as are a lot of other government bodies.
nice to know others have experienced the same problems, this tosser came flying off a dual carriage way, onto the single road I was on and tried to overtake me AS OTHER CARS WERE COMING THE OTHER WAY, THINKING THAT ONE LANE WAS ENOUGH FOR TWO CARS, thankfully, I was not injured, and neither was my car.
I had the misfortune of encountering this homicidal driver on the A75 near Dumfries. They were inches from my rear bumper and I feared that they were going to shunt me as they failed several overtake attempts on blind bends.
There is no place for this behaviour on the roads as it will result in lost lives.
have the police visited the driver yet to enquire about the images of kids on his hard drive?
