High mileage 15 year old car with multiple advisories on MOT, whose 'driver' topped speeds of 90mph+ in torrential downpour on A75. Narrowly avoided causing a massive pile-up as he ignorantly and dangerously cut into traffic which was condensing from two lanes into one. Mutiple cars and fatalities escaped by a hair's breadth... life is fragile. He/she should be behind bars, no question.
