It goes without saying and in all fairness he was busy on his phone but not once did he indicate either.

BMW M3 that lloks ready for the scrap heap and with NO MOT.

But still that didn't stop the driver from holding up a quese of traffic at a juction while he answered his phone.
When he did (finally) move he was veering towards oncoming traffic .......... still using his phone!
