He pulled out from a junction in Upper Hale (Farnham) and T-boned me from the left side. My motorbike went down, I wasn't hurt but it caused £300 of repairs. The car is taxed and MOT'd, driver is uninsured. Reported to police, luckily the impact ripped his number plate off and I have 2 witnesses!
