Perverted driver speeding along Newlands Road and doesn’t give way at Bowerham Road.

There are cars parked opposite the junction so he shouts out and has to go on the opposite side of the road ( Bowerham Road) towards Lancaster almost going into oncoming traffic.

He barged out at considerable speed - faster than the 20 mph limit in Newlands Road.

It looked a bit as if someone was pursuing him and he feast tying to get away.

Something of a perverted driver.

Jesus christ, look at this guys MOT history and it's no surprise there's so many entries for bad tyres with the way he uses the public road as a race track.
