This guy thinks he’s smart parking without his number plates to avoid paying for parking, road tax and MOT. What he doesn’t realise is that the police are well aware that he parks his car on Cowper Road every day and has the seat belts permanently plugged in so he doesn’t have to wear it. He’s going to be in a spot of trouble when he is eventually visited about his law breaking.

"visited about his law breaking", get a life. It is there choice if they do not wish to wear seatbelts (as a driver). The police have much bigger issues to deal with that some idiot parking LEGALLY.
