Middle finger doesn't help this situation, however much you feel inclined to use it. It would quite possibly work against you because the police could see it as a form of aggression/abuse/intimidation. You have to take the moral high ground.

The moral high ground? The moral high ground huh?

The shitting Peugeot driver overtook the HGV and then proceeded to brake check/drive aggressively

If something happened before that that angered the shitting Peugeot driver then it was up to the shitting Peugeot driver to report that incident to the police or the company not endanger every other road user in the vicinity.

Fucking shitting Peugeot driver needs a ban and when their ban is finished their insurance premiums to be in the thousands whatever it drives.

Looks like the lorry driver pulled out illegally and nearly killed the car driver.
