This van appears to have been sold in good faith, and prior to the alleged offense taking place.

I do apologize. The listing has ended. This from facebook:

"The guys sold the van about 4 weeks ago to some lads who do scrap and sent the log book off so hopefully the DVLA have the right info and the guy said he thought they looked a bit dodg"

However, does this mean the eBayer seller has some connection to this van??
