Did you check if they HD a blue badge on? Could be because half the car park was closed there was no space available and they needed the space to open the doors wide. Parking in the corner like this affects only 2 spaces. Don't judge before fact finding.
Looks like your the bell end. While they probably shouldn't have parked over the line the space to the right is not a parking space. Look at the width.
It's a stupid design..look just how little they give drivers room to open their doors and get out. I know it's a small car and it's easier, but they would still be almost right up against the wall and possibly the vehicle to their left. The people who design these facilities are only interested in one thing: profit. Even if it means profiting from misery. Do not solve a situation, just profit from it and fuck everyone else. And this rotten attitude is rife within British culture at the moment.
