Driver gave my wife abuse, blocked her in from passing another car and then carried on with the abuse. Pulled in front of her and started braking and speeding up then braking again and again. My wife pulled into lancaster services to get away from him and phone me in tears. He had the time to drive and write on a piece of paper the words fat c**t then hild it up to window to show wife. All this being done while my 15 year old sat in passenger seat, it was him who got photo of registration.
