Blocking U Turn?
It's a HGV on a city narrow road with a Jewson's pathetically situated at the dead end and the car is not illegally parked.
If the photo-taker is the HGV KP14 FMX I'd be down voting that vehicle.
You cannot blame home owners for parking near their homes on housing estates - you need to blame council for allowing a big business like Jewson's to be situated in the wrong place or potentially Jewson's for not following city planners instructions on the size of HGV's needing access
