From what I see on the video and your recount this woman does appear to be deliberately hitting vehicles, maybe she has some mental issues, you could report it to the police but don't expect much other than a crime number at best. the only option would be to take out a private summons to try and get recompense from this person.. Alternatively, try speaking to the store manager as there could be other car owners and witnesses that have damaged vehicles caused by this person, Morrisons may also have video evidence of their own showing this person hitting cars. Some on here will say poor old lady, could be senile (but her male companion isn't otherwise he should not be driving) or she is on a pension, we are too unforgiving. But get this, how many thousands of pounds worth of criminal damage is done to vehicles in supermarket car parks or insurance premiums increased , I hate to think. This type of criminal damage has to stop.

Sitting minding my own when this white nissan parked up to my left, Looked across and i could see that they were an elderly couple in their lates 70s perhaps
When they got out of their car they were out of camera view and i watched the old lady elbow another cars mirror and i just accepted it as to being how old she was and she may have a disabilty or something, but then thought Hey why not park in the blue heaven area (disabled bays)
Anyhow i watched her do it to another car when she was approaching the trolley area, thought to myself hey hey this one looks like trouble lol
Then she approached my motor and smacked my mirror and bumper with her trolley, you can hear the noise on the video
At this point the old guy was aware at what she was doing and did nothing to stop her, you can see him looking directly at me through my car windscreen
I did not want to yell or anything at them as to being the age they were nor do i want to cause a confrontation in public as people always side with OAP's and us younger generation come off the worst
When i got home i discovered the damage this old biddy did to my car, yeah maybe only scratches but bloody £250 worth of damage as i took my car to a local garage to get an estimate
Would'nt have minded if i had the car for a few years but i've only had it a couple of months and it's expensive on the monthly pocket
The reason i have uploaded this video as well as the images of this couple is to warn local drivers of these old gits in case they get their motors scratched or worse
Not saying they will do it again but at to what i had witnessed i would have a guess and say they will do it again no doubt

yOU KNOW WHAT I JUST PUT IN THIS CAR REG AND FOUND THIS FOOTAGE. REASON I DID THIS WAS FOR THE SIMPLE REASON I HAVE JUST COME AWAY FROM MORRISONS SUPERMARKET IN COWGATE AND THIS OLD LADY DI THE SAME THING TO A WHITE VW GOLF. I TOLD THE OWNER AND MORRISONS ARE GOING TO CHECH THE CCTV AND IF THEY FIND THAT THIS PERSON DID WHAT SHE DID TO TH VW THEY SAID THEY WILL PASS IT ONTO POLICE. SO I AM HAPPY TO SEE THAT THIS LADY HAS BEEN CAUGHT ON CAR CAM AND NOW I DONT FEEL AS GUILTY AS I DID A WHILE AGO AS TO GRASSING HER UP TO THE VW OWNER. THE HORRIBLE OLD HAG
