This is similar to many accidents involving police cars. The point being, it doesn't matter what you're driving..if you're splitting lanes and driving at high speed, you give other people less time to see you. Would it be reasonable for me to ride my motorbike fast across a roundabout, then moan when the people in front pull out? Or would it be better for me to say hey, look at the way I approached that roundabout and look how little time I gave people to JUDGE MY SPEED? That's right: judge someone's speed. To register your presence, judge your speed, assess the danger level and act. You have to make allowances for this, for people's reaction times and the fact it it's not just you they have to look out for. What looks to you like a deliberate pull-out may in fact be everything but. Whenever I negotiate roundabouts I take extra caution because of situations like this. Less speed more time to react, more time to slow down, more time to avoid a collision.

I am not the white car driver and I do not have any anger issues they require attention. I actually took notice of the street names on the video and found the location on google maps, I then checked the speed limits on the feeder roads.
I would be very interested to see the video again with the sound track to see if the camera car driver sounded his horn while 2 feet from the rear bumper if the white car, if he did then that may have caused the anger in the white car driver; this is not an excuse for the White car drivers action, but may help to explain the context.

The video channel on youtube from where the original video was posted was closed due to someone flagging their videos as one by one of their videos was removed by youtube as i went onto the website myself and it clearly said video removed due to some kind of violation

This is the roundabout by the civic centre in Gateshead, its a 30mph speed limit on all aproaches to this junction. It looks like the camera car is going substantially more than the speed limit; which is probably why it hasn't been reported to the police.

Igman, whilst I cannot establish the reason why the footage hasn't apparently been reported to the police, I do agreed with your observations regarding the dash cam's speed. I think this is a relevant point, which could I feel partially mitigate the other car's actions. I say "partially" because the other car appears to take take things to another level.

Looks like the lane markings are warn, yet the cam driver is going so fast the inertia of their car has pushed them over the lane possibly confusing the waiting cars. Not that this fully justifies the pull-out, however.
The dash cam driver does seem to be going at quite a speed hence the reason why they are not only round the initial bend in a blink but are also they are up the white car's arse in no time. What if the lights had changed just after the island..do you think you're going to easily stop in time? I would also like to know where this was filmed and what their speed was.
