Straight stretch between Inskip & Wharles
I was approaching a cyclist coming from the other direction while NL13EZH approached the cyclist from behind. I was nearer to the cyclist but NL13EZH decided to overtake pulling out in front of me forcing me to brake. If we had been nearer he may have seen sense and not did it for if he had it would have been devastating. So why take the chance when it looks like he can get away with it knowing he should wait? Something mentally wrong with drivers like this.
