12/03/16 around 945am This selfish idiot seems to think that the footpath is for their van to park on rather than people to walk on, I had to walk my 19month old on the road because the path was impassable. No chance of a wheelchair, pushchair or mobility scooter getting past and no dropped curb.

Yes it's wrong what the van driver has done but unless "we" keep reporting these incidents the police and/or government will do nothing
