Friday 9th September: Over took myself and another car in front while crossing double white lines while on the phone trying to get in between 2 lorries coming up to a blind corner. Swerved and pulled back in then tried again moments later. A few hours later caught up with him (male in his mid 20's) on the motorway only to see him weaving in and out of traffic under taking people.
Sunday 11th September: Ran in to the same guy again, driving recklessly overtaking on blind corners.
Incredibly reckless dangerous driver, nearly went head on into an oncoming cars multiple times all while on his phone.
