Car all over the road, first straddling the central white line then kicking up dirt in the gutter on the B6279 in Darlington. Driver's head was bobbing around in the centre of the car between the front seats so he was apparently attending to something inside the car instead of watching the road. Driver continued to drive erratically onto the A66 Darlington ring road.
