OK the following video is NOT related to the reg in question. BUT I do think it demonstrates your rather pedantic and confrontational attitude.
Two women quietely walking their dogs. You saw them a way off. You didn't slow down that much and you wanted confrontation. You berated them for the sake of shits and giggles. You also became verbally aggressive, including name-calling and foul language.
All you had to do was simply slow down and ADVISE. I would have gone on the grass.. no harm done. And yes, I ride a bike.
Now what have you achieved? You've caused alarm and distress with two lone females and their dogs. How do you know the impact your aggression will have on their mental health and well-being? All they will remember is a nasty-tempered individual looking for trouble.
I'd also keep in mind a lot of people aren't so cordial as the two ladies in question.
