No. The car was approaching them and caused them to become somewhat unbalanced. Get your facts right - and give cyclists room like you're supposed to. The driver clearly didn't give them adequate passing distance and it would have made no difference whatsoever had the cyclist been dead straight. All the risk can be minimised by learning how to over-take vulnerable road users..look it up.

Biker you fouled mouth peice of shit there was kids in that car and you swore in PUBLIC you better hope that those kids were not recording you as that itself is a charge as also hitting someones property as your own footage proves, Maybe you will delete this off youtube but then again its already been downloaded and will be reposted on social media
That car only tooted his horn at you which is a warning as to you maybe moving over the lanes etc so again you ignored that warning
I really hope that those kids were recording this on their phones or perhaps the driver had a dash cam installed either way the police will be very intrested in this footage and so will the guy that you posted along with CHILDREN being in that footage
It is advised to cover the faces of minors before making videos public as there is a law still in this country when it comes to minors

The cyclists swore under duress.
The cyclist acted in fear for their life in so far as "TAPPING" in order to alter the driver of their presence. Remember something. The driver was threatening them with their vehicle - not the other way round.
The car driver shouldn't be over-taking in that manner, as outlined in the Higwhay Code. It's plain and simple. It's NOT for the cyclist to move over just because you can't fucking wait - it's for YOU to over-take responsibly, just like the majority of drivers were doing. Do I need to speed it out? Stay behind or use the OTHER fucking lane.
And this is a public space. Look up laws regarding the public and the press' right to film.
If there were a law in this country regarding one-sided bull-shit I think you'd be sent down for life?
