Saw this flatbed truck being driven inconsiderately in London but what really caught my attention was what it was loaded with: lots of different types of metals which looked like they may have been stolen, judging by the type of objects. The direction the vehicle was travelling (a one-way system) leads to to believe they were scavengers looking for scrap metal. Just wanted to post this here so the reg comes up on Google if someone searches in future.
