Such a bad driver in the nottingham area. At a pelican crossing on foot, the lights changed to red and the green man started beeping. She, the driver approached the crossing at 30mph and slammed her breaks on stopping around 5ft from me on the crossing. When I had looked left and right before crossing she was far enough away to see the lights change and stop safely.
