i never get what it is these people are looking at- when im on the road im only preoccupied with making it past the cars safely, not checking facebook or seeing how many likes i get on instagram. If you look at your phone whilst driving you're bored, and if you're bored you are not paying attention, thus you will crash. Plus this guy is driving at zero mph in a 30 zone, he needs to speed up, gets in bikers and cyclists way...
