I'm not sure about this one. Their indicator was on long before yours and the cycle lane was dotted. I'd rather have someone turn sooner than later, it gives cyclists more time to react.

Queue barger - uses the cycle track to undertake traffic and turn left. Lucky nobody ahead had the same idea otherwise it would be a spoilt morning.
