Well spotted. I've seen people appear on that system before..as with all computerised systems, it's not infallible. Society tends to put too much faith in automation. For this reason anyone who wishes for their details to be taken off this system can do so by reporting it to Google.
I've got my own opinions regarding Google, especially the way it treats alternative news. But this is the mechanism by which you can get things like this removed.. hope it helps.
