As I accelerated away from the lower limit through the roadworks, this driver moved from lane 2 into lane 1 to undertake me, then without indicating drifted into the side of my truck. Luckily for me he, not so luckily for him, hit the solid steel corner. smashing his back light & denting his car. I couldn't just 'slam on the brakes' as I was fully loaded. Oddly he didn't even stop & just drove off into the distance.
