If the dashcam driver is using his horn and frustration because they thought the driver changed lanes without indicating - it's questionable but please have a good look at the road markings...

@0.19 secs the lanes begins to split with the dashed lines for the middle of the 2 lanes that become 3 lanes does seem to almost continue.

Yes there are other signs (2 left lanes follow left turn - right lane for straight on) bur it's the road markings IMHO that cause some confusion here
