I was bicycling along Evans Lane, Kidlington, near Oxford, when the driver of this car backs out from his drive straight across the road in front of me, almost completely blocking the road. I had to break hard then cycled around him. A few seconds later he skimmed past me a few centimetres away. I could see him looking back at me in his interior mirror as he went past, so he skimmed me deliberately. I caught up with him at the traffic lights. He was a fat, short, old man of about 70. I shouted through the closed car window, “Don’t you dare skim me again.” He opened his car door and said, “Shut up! I’ll knock your block off, you fucking cunt.” Then he drove off and I was unable to do anything.
