Hands up here, i was the driver of the mustang, i would like to apologise for cutting you up a bit there was room but you cant disagree you did close the gap... But i shouldn't of done it so im sorry about that.... but i would also like to say that your description is inaccurate, you came from the left not the right by Toby carvery and then you cut across the hash markings in front of me then you chose to do (going by your gps on your dashcam) 36/37mph on a 60 mph dual carriage way if you had so much time to get to your destination why did you cut across the hash markings from the filter lane? all you did was hold me and other drivers up, you should of moved over later, also i didnt get so close that you couldnt see my headlights, maybe a bit closer than normal but not that close, also had no intention of following you around the roundabout to intimidate you, i wanted to get on my way, yes it was wet and yes its a Mustang they dont do wet conditions i just wanted to get past so hands up there i was in the wrong i should of gone slower on the roundabout and bared in mind the road conditions and the car i was driving, to be honest i was just a little frustrated having being held by you, you may have had all day... i didnt so if you were doing say 50mph i wouldnt of needed to get past you, but 36mph is ridiculous

37 mph on a dual carriageway? No wonder he got past you, you need to get up to speed not poodle along, Cam Driver just as guilty

Just because it's a dual carriageway doesn't mean it's 70mph speed limit <<< fact
Just because the speed limit might be 70mph doesn't mean you have to drive at 70mph <<< fact
The roads are wet (it's raining) and also slippery - anybody who drives at the speed limit in those conditions is an unsafe driver <<< fact

Yes he followed him around the roundabout - that was dashcam drivers only fault

Had OW03 LGD not been tailgaiting so close dashcam drivr might not of noticed (took interest) <<< fact

Had OW03 LGD maintained a steady, safe passage around the roundabout then dashcam driver might of just continued on his journey

But no OW03 LGD was a complete tosser and caused their own idiotic driving to be shown up for what it is

DANGEROUS

I suspect many, many drivers would of done exactly the same as dashcam driver - hoping and praying that OW03 LGD wrapped his wheels around some lampost or high kerb stone because that's what they deserve with evidence provided by dashcams to pass on to police (and hopefully insurers) so that muppets like this don't kill innocent people.

I came off the roundabout (which has a filter lane so you come off in the right lane), I was accelerating to highway speed while indicating my intention to turn right while the driver of OW03 LGD gets close enough I can't see his headlights. I come off the throttle and slow down, especially as it's wet. He then decides to dart around me, cutting in rather close.
I assume his antics on the round-a-bout was him wanting to intimidate me by getting behind me.

"Standard practice in these situations is to ease off and slow down" Really? Says who? Regardless, the video shows more than "easing off"

Damien whatever you're smoking it's not doing your brain any good.

The cam driver was, as explained, being tail-gated to the point where they couldn't even see the car's headlights behind them. Standard practice in these situations is to ease off and slow down, not be intimidated to drive faster especially on the approach to a roundabout in the wet..

As shown, the other driver was - on account of their speed and idiocy - almost losing their vehicle around the bend of the roundabout and causing significant risk to others.

The exit the dash cam car chose is also completely irrelevant to this report, same for whether or not the other driver annoyed them ("got to them" in your book). You are trying to defend the indefensible and I am wondering if you are the other driver who doesn't like being exposed for their SHIT driving. And that WAS SHIT driving - the dash cam driver had every right to report this.

"I come off the throttle and slow down, especially as it's wet" = you brake check him.
"his antics on the round-a-bout was him wanting to intimidate me" The fact you followed ham all the way around shows he got to you.
Grow up.
