This prick overtook 4 cars on a country lane and then tried to overtake someone else on a bend while flashing his lights. This is while going through Ashridge, Herts (a rural wooded lane) where deer run out and also dogs but to be fair it would have still been dangerous at Brands Hatch!!! All caught on dashcam, including a great face pic - looks like a div, bit like Phil Mitchell. Obviously got a tiny prick.
