Anon without starting a debate on here, Get over it mate, You like myself and many others that view this PICTURE can only judge what we think and what is not actual proof, This picture could have been taken by an ex partner or a jealous neighbour for all we know as just to get revenge on someone, If it was a video and lets say it showed at least 2 minutes of footage and showing us the driver getting in and out of the car and actually walking over to the cash machine i would still not judge that person, Simple fact the uploader fails to prove that there is NO blue badge on this motor, This is where admin should monitor this site and only allow links to videos and only allow what we used to call proof in those uploaded images, I never fully judge anyone unless i see the proof for myself, This country has gone hate crazy lately as if its not road rage its either racism or jealousy that causes more arguments or even battles, People need to take their heads out of their arses and breathe a little fresh air now and then

Still gets my down vote
Parked on double yellows but walks to cashpoint - clearly no blue badge needed
Parked on pavement - yes it's wide enough but still pedestrians are for pavements and vehicles are for the road - if everyone adhered to that simple principle this country would be a happier place.

Well as usual this picture proves nothing other than someone parked on double yellow lines, Problem is did you check to see if they had a blue badge on their windscreen before snapping away on your little mobile phone, No you did not... Also did you check if this was actually a midwife or doctor on call that has a permit to park.. Again no you did not.. Upload the front as well as the rear next time mate

OY66 JXJ - Driven onto the kerb and pavement at speed over a double yellow line opposite a junction whilst people were walking there. He then goes the cashpoint / Tesco. And there are two proper allocated car parks under 50 yards away - selfish and arrogant!
