He’s got Spanish insurance. Will only show on police data base so that’s why nothing has ever been done. His car is loud yes I get that but that’s also been checked by police and it’s a sports decat with a m Proformance exhaust fitted by bmw. All above law. He’s in his rights apart from the anti social behaviour but then who is these days 🤣🤪

Why do they allow arrogant people to own cars? Probably the same reason they do wheelies on mountain bikes on busy pavements..because they think the sun shines out their arse and because they can get away with it. I've said it many times..this country is far too soft with people like this.

Report to police, also report the driver for antisocial (excessive noise disturbance) behavior.
Also report them for removing their catalytic converter; not in accordance with the Road Traffic Act 1988:
"Under the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations (Regulations 61(7) and 61A(3)) and the Road Traffic Act 1988 (Section 42) it is an offence to use on a road a vehicle which has been modified in such a way that it no longer complies with the air pollutant emissions standards it was designed to meet."

The original poster is assuming the driver has removed the cat based on the exhaust making a loud noise; but it's the muffler that reduces the noise emitted by the exhaust, not the cat.

This guy is a complete MORON!!
He drives around EVERY DAY in my town until 4am...handbrake turning and wheel spinning in the local retail park and has removed his catalytic converter, which makes a massive SHOTGUN sound even when he is Idling....literally BANG BANG BANG. Also he has NO tax, NOT LEGAL NUMBER PLATE! He makes the lives of people in my very small village...HELL!!
