M3 junction along M27 after rownhams cutting across solid white hatchings last minute. Almost hitting the barrier and forcing a BMW to immediately brake because some idiot didn't prepare himself for the exit. Not to mention kicking up a load of sh*t over following cars so he could make it in time. No regards to people's safety, disgusting. 27/06/17 at around 14:55pm
