Sometimes parked cars can help especially if you got gangs of scruffy chavs having around playing football, making one almighty noise and littering. They should put anti-Chav stinger speakers in all cars as an option to further limit the ASB these scroats cause society. Between a parked car and a bunch of ass-holes intentionally causing trouble.. I'll take the car any day mate.

To the idiot who owns this car. Thanks for making me & my children have to walk out into the road to bypass your wonderful parking skills. Next time maybe we'll walk over it. The pavement is for walking on not parking on. IDIOT!

If it's a one-off I would let it go. Yeah it can be frustrating but so can lots of things.. near me we always get huge vans holding asian food and clothes and god-knows what else, parking on blind bends both sides. The council does nothing despite the obvious hazard and this goes on all the time. In your case the driver may have been helpful if approached..I'd let it go but that's just me.
