Most police forces aren't interested until injury or death and then all you hear from them is they are sick and tired of having to knock on next of kin doors and reporting deaths.
Well if you (the police) got off your fat lazy asses and started being proactive rather than reactive then maybe you wouldn't have to knock on so many doors with sad news.
Put that cream bun down and contact the bus company for the drivers details and then charge them with dangerous driving - I think before the courts get hold of the driver would have had either his PSV licence revoked, been sacked or forced to re-take his PSV test and either of those 3 circumstances will have a greater impact on our roads that what the judge can do.
