This driver doesn’t seem to be aware of their surroundings whatsoever.
They pulled out of a partly concealed driveway forcing me to break hard, they then accelerated hard up to another car, breaking the speed limit as they went.
There is already a problem with speeding approaching the motorway where this driver was with a speeding van there inconsistently.
Only a matter of time before this driver becomes unstuck with this type of driving.
