Asian brats driving a grey BMW M4 with no respect for human life during rush hour in the suburb of Chorlton in Manchester.

Also this plate is on a BMW M4 but it is showing as on a Vauxhall Vivaro on the MID database.
That makes it illegal. So if you see the car anywhere, please call 101 and the police will take action. It’s also likely to be because it’s from the proceeds of crime.
